Membership Dues
Regular membership (voting membership) shall be open to owners of residential properties within the Association boundaries that are zoned SF and MF under the rules of the Bylaws, which are posted here. Regular membership dues are $25 per calendar year.
Associate membership (non-voting membership) shall be open to other residents within the Association boundaries. Associate membership dues are $5 per calendar year.
