My water bill is never under $200, even in the dead of winter with no yard watering, car washing, etc. My last bill’s usage was $231.12 plus Wastewater $47.86, Solid Waste $18.31, and Drainage $10.82.<BR>

Am I the only one, or is everyone experiencing these high bills?<BR>
