SO IS THE BILL AT CHESTNUT PLACE HOA.  IT HAS BEEN THIS WAY FOR 7 YEARS.  I
DO NOT KNOW THE CURRENT BILL BUT IN THE PAST IT HAS ROUTINELY BEEN $900+
YEAR ROUND.  WE HAVE SEARCHED FOR LEAKS, BUT CAN FIND NONE.

My water bills seem outrageous.  I am wondering if I might have some kind of
leak in the line.  My water bill is never under $200, even in the dead of
winter with no yard watering, car washing, etc.  My last bill's usage was
$231.12 plus Wastewater $47.86, Solid Waste $18.31, and Drainage $10.82.

 

Am I the only one, or is everyone experiencing these high bills?

Ditto.  My bill was so high last year (over $700) I asked the city to come
out and re-read. I looked for leaks, too. Found nothing and decided water
just cost that much.
