1. Thank you for your coments to my proposed "Letter to the Editor".
2. I shall not submit my proposed letter infavor of asking that our
Membership consider the zoning plan North of MLK and that JHNA make an
appropriate official response to the "West Campux redux Plan".

Naturally, you are free to submit your thoughts for publication, but I would
ask that
they be clearly presented as your individual opinion. Insofar, however, as
some of the
wording in your letter may be interpreted as representing an official
position of the
Judges' Hill Neighborhood Association or any other residents of our
neighborhood, I
believe it needs to be altered. I, for one, am not at all sure that the
University
Village as comtemplated would be completely benign in its effects on our
neighborhood,
and it is certainly premature to give anyone that impression. I woiuld ask
that you
review your letter with this in mind.
