Agenda:

* A Board of Adjustment hearing scheduled for Monday, December 13,
requesting a variance for construction at 1705 West Avenue.

This property is owned by Milton Felger.  He and his architect,
Michael Grish, will be at the meeting to present their plans and
answer questions.


* Two other residential properties on West Avenue are changing hands.
(The houses belonging to Lucy Shoe Meritt and Roman Berezovytch.)

We might want to consider a position for development along West Avenue.
