Agenda Items will include

*The rezoning of properties along MLK (19th Street) (part of the 
rezoning of 454 acres north of JHNA) will be reviewed by the Planning 
Commission 	at 6:00 PM on April 13. the City Council will review it on 
Thursday May 6 at 4:00 PM

*Discussion about street closings as we look to the impact of the MLK 
of the future.

*Mounting of Judges' Hill Neighborhood signs on existing sign posts, 
soon,

*B&H Enterprises Inc,  Steve Brown, President, who owns the property 
locally known as 803 and 805 West MLK Blvd.( formerly a
         re-habilitation center) now zoned MF-6 CO, with a restrictive 
covenant

*Elections of new officers and Committees for JHNA.  The Nominating 
Committee will present a slate of officers and nominations will be 
taken at the 	meeting. The following members have been nominated
		Bob Swaffar for President,
		Mike Ward for Vice President,
		Mark Seeger for Treasurer,
		Bob Russell for Secretary
