                  The Shape Our Future Coalition says Take the Envision Central Texas Regional Vision Survey Oct 6-26

                  Liveable City and the Shape Our Future Coalition have scheduled Survey Discussion Events during the Survey. This Weeks' Events Include:

                               Thursday, October 9: Our first Survey Discussion will feature Brigid Shea leading a discussion at Mojo's Daily Grind, 2714 Guadalupe at 11:30 am.
                             
                               Saturday, October 11: We will be at the Downtown Farmers Market, Republic Square, from 8-noon. 
                               Saturday and Sunday: Envision Central Texas, Liveable City and many other groups will be at the Green Festival at the Austin Convention Center. Come to Kitchen Table Area to discuss and take the Survey. 
                               Monday, October 13: Austin Java Company, 1206 Parkway (off Lamar) 5pm 
                       

                  Liveable City and the Shape Our Future Coalition want to make it easy for your get the survey, learn more about it, and discuss the choices presented for the future of Central Texas.

                  500,000 Surveys will be distributed in local newspapers tomorrow, Oct. 9. Look for the 8-page brochure including the survey in the Statesman, the Chronicle, the Villager, NOKOA, La Prenza and the Daily Texan.

                  To make sure surveys are available after tomorrow, we have arranged for them to be available at several places around Austin. Find where to get a paper survey at: http://www.shapeourfuturesurvey.com/locations.php

                  Look for an email on each of the next two Wednesdays highlighting upcoming opportunities to take the survey.
