 Enjoy music starting at 6 pm by URBAN JAZZ ALL STARS !

 DANA's 2003 LIVABILITY AWARDS will be presented, and Austin's Mayor WILL
WYNN will speak at 7 pm.

 Block Party revs up at 7:30 pm - RAYVON will perform in the park under the
 stars.


 Free water and soft drinks.  Food at discounted "neighborhood" prices by
 1886 Bakery, Aster's Ethiopian Catering, House Park B-B-Q, Jamba Juice,
 Mustard's Last Stand, Oaxacan Tamaleo, Onion's Pizza.
